It’s No Secret.

From Butterfly’s to Ferrari’s, from Magnets to Jerk’s, the Internet is full of characters.

And that leads us not only to the question “Who can you trust?’, but also to the more appropriate question “Who SHOULD you trust?” when looking to the Internet for income.

Ater all, it is the income you seek, and the outcome you desire, that counts.

But when we turn to new avenues to address the challenges that life presents us with, we often drop our defenses and become open to the artistry of the masters of manipulation- Internet Marketers.

The cast of characters is extensive, and the list of opportunities immense, and discerning who’s your friend and who’s not is nearly impossible. So who CAN you trust?

Friends, you must trust yourself!

The path to success lies with YOU. And it is when you decide to take control and begin becoming what you were intended to be, well that is the moment when it all turns around.

Promoting someone else’s products or systems will only get you so far. But this is a necessary learning curve. Just don’t buy into the game that you will achieve your dreams while building theirs.

By beginning the process of personally branding yourself, you begin to become the leader that people are looking for, to help them get started down the path of success.

This is the real secret.

Network Marketing Opportunities Versus Cash For Recycling Cans!

What sounds more appealing to you? Receiving cash for recycling cans or starting a home business with a network marketing or MLM opportunity?

Imagine if one of the benefits of recycling is getting paid cash for recycling cans not only when you recycle what you’ve saved from your own use, but also getting paid a commission on the cans turned in by people who you refer to the recycling center!

Sound like a good deal to you? Wouldn’t it be great if this were really true?

Unfortunately, it’s not. But, while this isn’t a reality, there’s good news.

Many people today are searching for ways to maximize and compound their efforts at making money, because leveraging your time and effort (with that of others as well), is the road to financial freedom. How great would it be to find that there is such an opportunity?

Well my friend, there is hope. A concept similar to the above mentioned scenario really does exist, it’s just called network marketing. You see, in network marketing, by buying something you use or consume, and then by recommending it to others in your network of people or contacts, you can receive a residual commission on their product purchases.

This simple analogy desribes commonalities between network marketing and “business” opportunities in general in comparison to aluminum recycling, with a key difference being that in can recycling, the cans when purchased have a predetermined cash value attached to the cost of the product so there is a guaranteed return on your recycling efforts, whereas in network marketing the only guaranteed benefit is the product or service you receive for your purchase.

In short, when comparing collecting recyclables to network marketing, it is common belief that there is no investment involved to get reimbursed, and therefore there is no investment at risk.

Or is there?

Let’s stop for a minute and take a look. Don’t you have to pay for the recycle value of the can up front, in order to receive your money back when you redeem it? And don’t you lose your money if you don’t take action by turning it in? Sounds to me like there is an investment required, and that there is some effort required on your behalf too.

OK. Lets take a look at collecting free cans. Doesn’t it take time, and isn’t your time worth something? How much effort would that take? Not just only finding the cans, but storing and processing them too!

That would be quite a bit of work. Wouldn’t you agree? Maybe that’s why there aren’t more people doing recycling as a home business.

Which brings me back to network marketing.

Most people either believe that network marketing is completely the wrong way to do business, or they tend to make the process of building their business so difficult that they never achieve success and end up blaming network marketing as whole.

But one must stop and ask this simple question- “How hard can it be?”

It certainly must be easier to work with your computer from the comfort of your own home, than digging through trash to find aluminum cans, right? Then why does it seem so hard for people to find and recruit people that will join them in their network marketing business?

I believe it’s because of perspective. From the perspective of the person being introduced to the program, the presentation is commonly interpretted as a sales push, when in fact the intent is to present an opportunity for success.

If the presenting business owner can communicate this perspective to the interested party, the chances of success for both parties is greatly enhanced. There’s really no secret here but the fact that the more times a proper presentation of perspective is presented, the greater the chances of success.

And just like with the opportunity of collecting and recycling aluminum cans for cash, some people will and some people won’t. The challenge to building a successful network marketing business is finding the people who will. And when you are able to provide the right perspective to the right people, you will succeed!

When you stop and think about it for a minute, could you really “get rich” this way, whether it’s with network marketing or collecting aluminum cans? The answer is yes.

By making a decision to act and participate in your business, by providing the proper perspective to opportunity seekers, and by taking the necessary steps to helps others be successful in their business, you will achieve success in network marketing.

And that’s not playing kick the can!

Are You A Nut Or A Leaf?

Perspective. The tree of humanity looms over you. As you ponder your life, do you consider yourself a leaf, hanging in the wind, destined to fall and decay? Or are you something else, grown from the same being, but in the beginning stage of more grander experience, a vessel of a future existence who’s potential remains unlocked? Ponder this perspective.

Once I saw such mighty a tree,
Of which I aspired to one day be.

To grow tall and free, with deep seated roots,
And mighty branches, with splendid fruits.

Or perhaps strong boughs, with lovely leaves,
Bearing a bountiful harvest, of nuts and seeds.

So a plan I conceived and began to nurture,
Then I went to work at designing my future.

But one day there came, from above to me,
A familiar sight, as if family.

Saying, “What’s this dream that you fancy?
You’re not an acorn or sweet delicacy.
You’re naught but a fallen leaf, no doubt like me,
Destined to decay, to feed worms and weeds.”

I said, “How can you say this? What do you mean?
Why can’t I be what I hope to achieve?
I have the desire, and the will to believe.
Why would you tell me that I couldn’t succeed?”

And then came the blow, as I heard the reply,
“Look where you’ve come from, you cannot deny,
That we’re from the same place, way up in the sky”

And to my dismay, my dream felt shattered,
Cause in my desire, nothing else mattered.

For at that very moment, I looked up and gazed,
Into the foliage of my previous days.

I saw with amazement uncountable leaves,
And just for a second, upon me sorrow was heaved.

But then I saw something, that made my heart turn,
Something to hold onto, that renewed in me yearn.

For out of the confusion, a sight did I perceive,
Of something amazing, I was given reprieve.

“Wait just a moment!” I said with conviction,
“I am NOT a just a leaf, although we’re akin,
There’s something inside me, a secret within.”

“You see though we came from the same place above,
And of your opinion I’ve respected and loved,
We’re not alike, I have a different directive,
I’ve seen what I am, I just changed my perspective.”

Venture out onto the Internet these days in search of a way to supplement or replace your income, and you’re sure to be bombarded by the plethora of cash gifting cash gifting programs and cash gifting post card marketing mentoring programs sites. Cash gifting cash gifting programs are not only immoral in this authors opinion, but are also illegal here in the US. Don’t fall for the cash gifting scam fraud!

Believe me, people are desperate for cash solutions and the Internet is the most efficient place to begin to research all the “easy” ways to make a little extra cash online. Besides, where else are you going to go to find a way to make some extra money? The phonebook? The newspaper? The unemployment office? How about another job? No way that’s going to happen these days!

If you knew how to generate some more cash, you’d probably be doing it already, right? But there are only so many hours in the day, and you not only want to make that extra few bucks to pay off some bills or buy some new things. You may also want some extra time freedom away from the restraints of a job too. And so you’ve turned to find wealth and freedom on the Internet.

After all, “How hard could it be”?

You begin your journey by logging on, doing some searches for making money online, a home based business, a network marketing opportunity or an MLM, and soon, it just starts looking like too much work. After all, you just wanted to make some extra cash, not start a whole new career, right?

And that’s when you see the video. You know the one I’m talking about. Average guy, sitting in front of his computer, opening the overnight envelope, and then pulling out the cash. $100, $200, $500, maybe even a couple thousand!

Again you say,”How hard can that be”?

And in doing so, you are now a prime target for the myth of Cash Gifting!

This must be just way too easy!

It looks so easy, in fact, too easy! I mean, look at all the cash! And those people are not slick salesmen types, they’re just normal people like you and me, right?

And then you say, “If they can do it, so can I?

But the dark “secret” of cashgifting, the secret you don’t know, is what’s hidden in the depths of the flash and hype. There is a truth that you will hopefully uncover before you opt in, and pay that “mentor”, to pursue your dreams, while chasing their schemes.

See, the dark “secret” about cash gifting is that it is not a business, nor is it a job. And it is not an opportunity either. Cash Gifting is not something that everyone can do successfully, nor should they! It is buying and selling hope.

And that is the “Secret”.

To be a successful cashgifter, you need to be able to convince someone that you deserve to receive their cash, without any strings attached. Only the highly polished salesperson or the guilt-free closer can do this, which is why the majority of people fail. (This doesn’t even address the issue of whether or not it is moral, legal or ethical!)

Commonly, you’ll see a message like this-

“I doubled my money in less than 7 days! I still can’t believe you haven’t joined yet!

This is the fastest money you will ever make, period!

Join, and just promote your custom branded, personalized marketing and get paid $500-$10,000 cash delivered to your door!

That’s it! NO TALKING! NO SELLING! NO EXPLAINING! NO BS!

Our Professional Team Leaders do all the work for you!”

Is this enough for you to send your hard earned cash to someone you don’t know, with nothing else in return but the hope and the “opportunity” of making it back, and then some? Did your greed kick in and make you see $$ signs? Did you see yourself receiving that overnight envelope full of money?

Would you be able to tell a friend, a family member or even a total stranger, with a straight face, that this is the best decision you ever made, and that you have solved all your financial problems by convincing people to send you their money, because the “system” you use will “teach” them how to do the same?

Again, the dark “secret” of cash gifting is that it is hope that is being sold. And it is the process of creating an emotional decision in you, that enables the person or company selling this “system” to get you to fork over the cash!

The Spirit of Gifting!
In order to receive, you first must give.

This is a typical message you will receive from a cash gifter-

“Welcome to all those seeking a new direction in your lives. With financial markets melting down, as our savings and retirement funds evaporate before our very eyes, and with job opportunities becoming harder and harder to find, people all over the World are looking for ways to make ends meet. There is a spirit inside each of us, a desire that inspires us to reach out and help each other, to lift each other up, without the desire for acknowledgement, without recognition, but only to provide for the prosperity for our fellow human beings. I believe this is the spirit of gifting.

Do you have this spirit inside you that is waiting to be unleashed?

Release the spirit in you, understand that you must inspire to succeed, and never give up! “

I know, because I wrote this message myself. I too, went thru the cycle of looking for ways to make money on the net, and I too gave a gift away. I too let the greed cloud my decisions because I wanted to cure my financial concerns so bad, and I saw this as a way to solve them. And although I never received anything from the experience, once the shimmer and glitz was gone, I realized that this just didn’t seem right to me.

What I learned from that experience was that, for me at least, I was not willing to lead someone else down the same road I was led down called Cash Gifting. I have the knowledge today that really giving something for nothing, without any expectation in return, is not really what I wanted to get from the people I met online. I wanted to build value in myself, in order to earn in return for the value I offered.

But I believe that it rather forces people to learn, and if that is the case, then I believe they would be better off just knowing that they are paying upfront to learn, instead of being sold on the concept of easy cash for the taking.

Strive to get paid for the experience and skills that you have gained, instead of taking money only on the belief that someone else may then be able to receive money based on that same premise.

Network Marketing has the real potential to deliver on the promise of freedom and success. But to achieve that success, you need to release your perceptions of instant success, and grasp the reality of what it takes. A vision of success must be a determined, focused effort.
